- We all love the vydio.
- We need to keep update the wiki page ;)
Things that went well
- Interesting meetings about the testing the architecture, liked the way of testing architecture.
- We are becoming a team, more aware of other people work.
- Again we are doing good job with blockers.
Things that went not that well
- We can support each other more in complicated tasks.
- Feature development has been delayed cause of blockers.
- We need to give more feedback as a team for the new specs.
- We got performance blockers way to late on the pipeline.
Actions for this sprint
- Work together in things that are big.
- Give more feedback about features.
- Make our work more visible, use better the wiki page, try to do what SMS team does with side by side images and/or videos
