  • Need to co-ordinate release of 60 with DCOps: they need to replace a RAID battery today
    • Consider holding release until tomorrow because of Fx release week?
  • QA:
    • release verification, and landing on release day
    • when is Fennec going to be completely aged out of the system?
  • downtime for crash-stats.allizom.org
    • replacing raid battery in socorro1.stage.db.phx1.mozilla.com - 2-3 hour downtime
    • should we hardhat the django app?
    • disable crashmovers/processors?

  • successfully deployed rabbitmq for processors/crashmovers into staging
  • Going to deploy into production in next week or so

  • Backup plan - Dev has two node cluster, Stage has three node cluster, all hardware identical to prod. We can steal one from Dev, then one from Stage if needed for capacity while hardware ordered is underway

  • stage is working but all the commander script does is call shell scripts
  • working on some cleanup bits in the shell script - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=912647
  • Then, working on a couple PRs to get the scripts chief is using into the repo
  • Then, the commander script needs to be added to the repo and its functionality moved up into python
  • no change since last week
