Retrospective

Actions taken from last sprint

• This sprint we didn't have huge reviews
• No talking with James or Julien
• All administrative stuff done.
• We have an automated tool to deal with bugzilla and trello

Things that went well

• Perhaps we underestimated, but we managed to have almost everything ready. Instead of modifying the velocity, let's check in the next sprint if we are estimating correctly and then act.
• We are managing to have blockers (event 2.2) to a constant 0 rate.
• We started to doing triage for old bugs and everyone agrees is a good idea.

Things that went not that well

• Big gap on the estimations for this sprint. Will try to correct for the next one
• This sprint our scrum wiki wasn't maintained as we use to do.
• FDN has been a pain. It's not really related to contacts, and our team doesn't have sim cards with the specifications needed.
• We were not constant enough to fill the points used for each task.

• Moving dailies to etherpad/google docs
• Updating points spent in bugzilla and automatically update trello.
