ReMo Camp 2015

• Reps Council currently looking for the best dates to hold the annual meeting of Reps Mentors (ReMo Camp).
• ReMo Camp dates should not overlap with big events like the MozFest.

Planning Earlier Initiative

• Criteria for planning earlier will help everyone to understand how the process is done and we will avoid a lot of work to everyone.
• Reps Mentors are being trained to improve this, but not all had attended the refresh training.

Community Space Experiments

• The Reps Council is currently working on an experiment around Community Spaces.

Measuring Mentors' Performance

• Mentee survey about their Mentors coming soon.
